Psoriasis Cure Now is a nonprofit patient advocacy organization based a few miles outside Washington, DC, from where Congress distributes $30 billion in biomedical research funds every year. Psoriasis Cure Now works to increase research funding on psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis; educate psoriasis patients, Congress and the general public about the disease; and advocate for patient access to treatments that work. We have testified before Congress, spoken at FDA heargins, explained psoriasis to news reporters across the country, launched psoriasis video contests about psoriasis, and founded Short Sleeve Days as a way to strengthen the psoriasis community as we educate the public about this serious, noncontagious disease.
